Emporio Vaticano srl complies with the legislation regarding the right of withdrawal, Legislative Decree 21/2014 of the Consumer Code:

• The buyer can change his mind within 14 days from the date of purchase by sending a registered letter to the supplier;

• The buyer must return the goods to the supplier at his own expense;

• If the buyer is dissatisfied with the product, to obtain a refund, they must return the disputed or rejected merchandise in its original packaging. The refund will be processed within 30 days of the request.

The goods to be returned must be packaged with extreme care , possibly using the same packaging received upon delivery, in order to guarantee an adequate level of protection.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer .

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted .

We ship orders with all the express couriers available on the Italian market, such as SDA, TNT/FEDEX, UPS, DHL.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive an email with the estimated delivery time and tracking instructions.

Shipping rates vary depending on the destination country and are calculated at checkout.

You can receive the Pope's Blessing for your purchased items during the Sunday Angelus by pointing them directly at the Holy Father's Window.

Requesting a Blessing is simple: just fill out the appropriate field on the cart page before proceeding to checkout.
